Maritime Convention 

At the Maritime Convention in Berlin, we from marineforum spoke to Victoria Kietzmann, first female commander of the navy, corvette captain - and member of the MOV. "In fact, I'm probably a late member," Kietzmann reveals to us in the interview. Nevertheless, Kietzmann, who works as a teaching group commander at the naval technology school, quickly recognised the benefits: first and foremost, networking and exchanging ideas with active and former naval officers. And this takes place in person, as at the Maritime Convention, but above all digitally.
