A home port for the frigate Hessen

Bad Homburg: Mayor Dr Oliver Jedynak presented a naval delegation from the frigate Hessen with a plaque bearing the inscription "Bad Homburg - Kurstadt" on Wednesday, 27 October 2021, at the Villa Wertheimber in Bad Homburg on behalf of 11 other Hessian municipalities. The 12 plaques are to be installed on board the frigate Hessen. The presentation of the plaques was initiated by the chairman of the Freundeskreis Fregatte Hessen e.V., Bernhard P. New management centre: Fleet prepares for the future

Minehunting boat "Homburg" returns home after three months of deployment

Over the past three months, the 43-strong crew from the 3rd Minehunting Squadron took part in the Standing NATO Mine Counter Measures Group 1 (SNMCMG 1).
