Ladies and gentlemen, dear members, preparations for the 2024 Annual General Meeting on 19/20 April 2024 in Wilhelmshaven are continuing to take shape. Dear ladies and gentlemen, dear members, there are again some things that are important for the internal operation of our three clubs: 1. change of bank details We have "moved" our accounts from Commerzbank Bonn to Volksbank Wilhelmshaven eG. This was necessary to ensure direct personal access in the processing of our financial affairs. The accounts at Postbank remain unchanged except for DMI. Here the Postbank account will be cancelled. On 8.11.23 we will hear a lecture by our honorary chairman Prof. Kulik on the subject of German sail training ships and their fates. This is a truly maritime topic that we can look forward to. Our Christmas party is on 13 December. There will be mulled wine, punch and biscuits. I'm also bringing a Baumkuchen again. I'm also organising music as in previous years. I'm hoping for a large turnout. Mr Schafitel and his team have looked after us well throughout the year. We will not have a Naval Officers' Fair in January 2024. It will continue in February 2024.
