Founded in the 1970s as a monthly magazine, marineforum is now a firm favourite among specialist publications. For over online portal operated for 2 years and the social media channels, tradition meets the latest news and, as of today more than 70,000 readers per month.
It is written and edited by experts for experts, by passionate sailors for passionate sailors, for coastal children and connoisseurs of the world, for interested parties, sailors and non-sailors.
Produced for many years by the Mittler-Report-Verlag, part of the Hamburg-based Tamm Media Group. The publisher is the non-profit German Maritime Institute, which is networked in politics, science and business - and is closely linked to the German Navy.
Readers and subscribers are decision-makers from business, science, politics, authorities, officers of the German Navy as well as news and maritime enthusiasts. In addition, the print edition is available in over 100 bookshops and is therefore accessible to a large circle of interested boat pilots and inland sailors throughout Germany.
Companies that place their content in marineforum's print or online editions attract the attention of decision-makers and buyers, catch the eye of marine and shipping industry professionals, reach recreational boating enthusiasts throughout Germany and open up opportunities for efficient networking. Those who advertise with us gain relevant reach and access to people who love the sea - and who are listened to on the coast.
