Frigate Lübeck back

Frigate Nordrhein-Westfalen welcomes the Lübeck in the German Bight

The Lübeck is back in home waters after her deployment in the Standing Nato Maritime Group 2 (SNMG 2). On her way to Wilhelmshaven she met her "younger sister" from the 4th Frigate Squadron.

The Nordrhein-Westfalen Crew Delta is currently carrying out the seaworthiness survey in the German Bight under the leadership of the commander of the 4th Frigate Squadron, Captain Dirk Jacobus.

She was greeted by the North Rhine-Westphalia with the traditional fountain from the fire cannons. The Lübeck is expected back in Wilhelmshaven tomorrow at 10.00 am.
