Information on the interim status of the circulation procedure at the Extraordinary General Meeting

Dear members of MOV,

The voting by circulation phase is halfway through and is now entering the decisive phase.
We now have feedback from 36.4% of our members, which is still a long way from the minimum 50% we need for the resolutions to be valid. Expressed in figures:
We have written to approx. 2,950 voting members, 50% means 1475 necessary responses. We have just 1,076. 1,874 of our members have not yet responded! On behalf of the entire Executive Board, I would therefore like to remind you once again of this important vote, which will be held until 26 June 2021.
We will of course respect any reason for a member to reject a vote, but it may also be that the e-mail "MOV circulation procedure 2021 Mail 2 - CORRECTION" from 11 May 2021 was deleted, forgotten to be answered or the handling of the voting within this mail was not understood. We have therefore sent another reminder email to some members to participate. They can also download the voting documents here.
