General Meeting of the Naval Officers' Association
This year, the Marine Officers' Association (MOV) is organising its general meeting at the Wadden Sea House in Wilhelmshaven. The annual meeting at the UNESCO World Heritage Site's visitor centre began with a cheerful atmosphere, as the weather was perfect and the view out to sea was clear.
The guest speaker will be Rear Admiral Christoph Müller-Meinhard from the Rostock Naval Command, who will report on current developments in the navy. Of course, it will be of particular interest to see how the navy is adapting to the current political situation in Europe. And the solutions the navy is considering for the incredibly high challenges in the areas of personnel, armaments and maintenance will be followed with interest.
A great network from the MOV MOH and DMI associations!
The MOV is a community of values and interests of all naval officers and persons who are associated with the objectives of the MOV. Members are active and former naval officers, naval officer candidates, but also captains, representatives from business, politics and the public who are closely associated with the navy.
Too bad I couldn't be there
But Whv is simply much further away from Stuttgrat than Bonn.
